This Privacy Policy explains how ELDT HQ, a product of AKA Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or enroll in one of our Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) courses.

When you create an account or enroll in a course, we collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and information required to report your training completion to the FMCSA Training Provider Registry.
We also automatically collect certain technical information — such as your device type, browser, and usage activity — to operate and improve our courses.

We use your information to deliver your course, issue your completion certificate, report required training data to the FMCSA, provide customer support, and communicate with you about your account.
Payment information is processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
FMCSA Reporting
As an ELDT provider, we are required by federal regulation to report the training completion of each student to the FMCSA Training Provider Registry. This reporting is a mandatory part of the ELDT process.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our platform (such as payment and hosting providers), and with government agencies where required by law, including the FMCSA.
