These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ELDT HQ website and courses, operated by AKA Solutions LLC. By enrolling in a course or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
ELDT HQ provides online Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) theory courses designed to meet the FMCSA requirements under 49 CFR Part 380. Our courses cover the theory portion of ELDT only; behind-the-wheel (range and road) training must be completed separately with an appropriate provider.
Eligibility & Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must complete the course yourself; training completed on your behalf by another person does not satisfy FMCSA requirements and may be invalidated.
Payment
Course access is provided in exchange for a one-time payment at the price shown at checkout. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Promotional pricing is available for a limited time and may change without notice.
Certificates & FMCSA Reporting
Upon successful completion of a course and its final assessment, you will receive a completion certificate, and we will report your completion to the FMCSA Training Provider Registry as required. We do not guarantee that you will pass any state CDL knowledge or skills test.
Acceptable Use
You may not copy, resell, or redistribute course content, attempt to circumvent assessments, or use the service in any unlawful manner. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our courses and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the course.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
