We want you to be confident enrolling with ELDT HQ. This Refund Policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund on an ELDT course purchase.
Before You Begin the Course
If you have not yet started your course, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us. Because access is granted immediately, refunds are provided at our discretion once course material has been accessed.
After Completion
Once you have completed the course, passed the final assessment, and had your training reported to the FMCSA Training Provider Registry, the purchase is non-refundable. This is because the training has been delivered and the required regulatory reporting has taken place.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@eldthq.com with the name and email address associated with your account and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within one business day.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
